Shipping policy
We currently ship all orders within the United States via USPS. Please note that we do not ship internationally at this time. We process and ship orders within 1-2 business days of receiving them, and you will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is shipped.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated based on the total weight of your order and your location within the United States. The shipping cost for your order will be displayed at checkout before you submit your order. We offer free shipping on all orders over $50 within the United States.
Delivery Times
Delivery times will vary based on your location within the United States and the shipping method selected at checkout. Please note that delivery times are estimates provided by USPS and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for any delays or issues caused by USPS.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by USPS. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact USPS directly to file a claim.
Order Changes or Cancellations
If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that we may not be able to make changes or cancel your order if it has already been shipped.
